3. Payment processing

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

If a payment is not completed or is declined, the order will not be fulfilled.

 

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (for example, following an approved return), the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds are always processed via the original payment method used at checkout.
