Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Helen & Judy Sydney we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing time (shipping)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

2. Delivery times

After processing, average delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to:

Periods of high demand
Public holidays
Customs clearance procedures
Logistical delays beyond our control

3. Shipping method and origin

To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

As a result, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Our shipping partners include: Poste Italiane

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Destination country
Weight and dimensions of the parcel
Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Tracking and customer responsibility

Customers are required to monitor their shipment using the tracking link provided by email.

This includes:

Monitoring the progress of the parcel
Checking whether the parcel was delivered to a pickup point, if applicable
Collecting the parcel in time, if required

If your order is delayed or you experience any problem, please contact us at Helen & Judy Sydney first, before opening a dispute or requesting a chargeback, so that we can assist you directly.

6. Delivery liability

Once tracking shows that an order has been marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

Please make sure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
